Should I report a suspicion and how to do it? Judicial practice

During 2019-2020, courts granted approximately 10% of defense attorneys’ requests to revoke reports of suspicion of criminal proceedings.
This figure coincides with the research of other researchers and lawyers, according to which it ranges from 10% to 15%. That is, in 85-90 cases out of 100 cases, the courts deny the defenders a request to cancel the notice of suspicion.
