Legal Defense is run by Anna Kolesnyk, a lawyer with not only legal but also economic and medical education.

Experience in the field of jurisprudence is more than 20 years, extensive experience in management, real estate management, agriculture.

Main specializations: land relations, real estate disputes, business protection, building an effective business, family disputes, protection in criminal proceedings and protection against police arbitrariness.

National expert of the European Union project “Support to Justice Reforms in Ukraine”.

Since 2015 he has been the Chairman of the Human Rights Committee of the National Bar Association of Ukraine.

In addition, Anna Kolesnyk participated in the development of various bills and was a member of working groups, including the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Among them is the Working Group on the Interagency Coordination Council for Juvenile Justice.

As well as experience in conducting extracurricular exercises at the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the National Academy of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine and other educational institutions.

In 2018/2019 she was a member of the Public Control Board of the State Bureau of Investigation.

In 2016 – 2019 she was a member of the working group of the Council for Judicial Reform.

2016/2017– Chairman of the Committee for the Protection of Lawyers’ Rights and Guarantees of Advocacy of NAAU.

In 2015 she became a member of the International Relations Committee of the National Bar Association of Ukraine.

Anna Kolesnyk is also the ideological author of the projects “Child’s Advocate” and “Legal Aid to a Child”, “Judicial Monitor”, “Green Tourism”, “Let’s Revive the Village”.

Since 2014 – the founder of the All-Ukrainian public organization “Association of Lawyers Providing Free Legal Aid”.

Since 2008 he has been the founder and board member of the public organization “Protection of Human Rights”.

Since 2008 – Founder and Chairman of the Board of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Legal Protection of Land Users”.

Since 2007 he has been the Chairman of the permanent Arbitration Court at the Fincom Commodity Exchange.
