Nowadays, laws are so complex that there is no unambiguous understanding of them, so it is in court decisions, in legal positions to seek understanding of a rule of law, in addition, the position of the Supreme Court is constantly changing and must take into account these risks, analyze past practice and current interpretation legal norms.
We work on several legal systems of search and analysis of court decisions, we have developed our own methods that allow better analysis of court decisions.
Therefore, in our work we use not only laws and regulations, but take into account how the court treats an issue to understand the consequences of agreements, operations, actions, which evidence the court accepts, and which is not and how to provide electronic data in the form of evidence.
