
SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS TO COURT BY E-MAIL – NEWS OF TODAY

According to Art. 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Documents and Electronic Document Circulation” electronic document is considered received by the addressee from the time of receipt of the author’s notice in electronic form from the addressee of this electronic document, unless otherwise provided by law or prior agreement between the subjects of electronic document management.
However, at present there are a number of problems that litigants face when sending documents to the Court by e-mail:
1. Non-registration of an electronic document in connection with violation of the requirements for an official electronic letter.
