What regulates so-called “surrogacy” in developed European countries and is it regulated at all? Is a state permit required for a woman (or man) to use her own body in these countries? The answer will be ambiguous. Therefore, it is necessary to dwell on these issues in more detail, to consider them thoroughly, taking into account the influence of national mentality, moral principles, ethical norms and traditions.

What is surrogacy? A surrogate mother becomes pregnant, gives birth and gives birth to a child,to give it away under the contractto another person who cannot (or does not want to) give birth.
